Turmeric Ginger Latte

This golden spice contains compounds called curcuminoids, which have potent antioxidant with anti-inflammatory effects. Studies show turmeric can help relieve symptoms of osteoarthritis and digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome. Plus, it's packed with manganese, a mineral that helps with wound healing and blood sugar control.

I think you'll like the combination of the savory turmeric and ginger with the sweetness of the honey. Check out our Facebook Live video where we made this latte, along with a acai basil latte and toasted coconut spirulina latte.
