Here is an easy way to enjoy chia seeds in a delicious, cool, and refreshing summer drink. Chia seeds offers a great source of fiber, protein, and trace minerals that also give you a lasting, satisfying feeling.Â
I N G R E D I E N T S
- 2 T chia seedsÂ
- 1/4 C warm, filtered water
- 1/2 C frozen raspberries
- 8-10 oz chilled fruit juice, such as apple, pear, white grape, or lemonade/limeade

D I R E C T I O N S
In small bowl mix chia seeds with warm water. Stir and set aside for 10 minutes. The chia seeds will rehydrate and form a chia 'gel' which is excellent for promoting satiety (a feeling of fullness) and overall gut health.
In blender, add raspberries and 8 oz chilled juice and blend until smooth.
Pour into glass, gently stir in prepared chia gel, add a squeeze of fresh lime, and enjoy!
