Ahhh, the holidays were fun and very filling, and now it's time to give your system a little break. Here's a light and refreshing goji berry energy smoothie recipe that will give you the energy you need, while giving your digestive system a respite.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries or a mixed berry blend
- 1/3 cup organic goji berries (softened for 15 minutes in spring water) OR 2 Tbsp organic goji berry powder
- 1 Tbsp plant-based protein powder in natural flavor (such as Sunwarrior Classic Protein Natural)
- 8-10 oz chilled almond or rice milk
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
