Raspberry Avocado Sorbet Recipe - GF, Vegan, Raw!

This gorgeous raspberry sorbet comes together quickly and is ready to serve in about 5 minutes! Keep an extra bag of frozen organic raspberries (or try a combo of blackberries and strawberries) on hand for easy prep.


1 avocado, peeled and diced
1 lime, juiced (or more)
2 C frozen raspberries
1 tsp vanilla extract or 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
5-10 drops of stevia concentrate


Put all ingredients together in a high speed blender (Vitamix or Blendtec type), or a food processor. Process until just combined to maintain its thick, silky sorbet consistency.

Delicious topping options: fresh or frozen whole raspberries, sliced almonds, or organic dark chocolate chunks
