Note: Manufacture date vs. expiration date
Green Pasture lists the manufacture date on their bottles, instead of the expiration date. The FDA allows manufactures to list either one. When listing the manufacture date, manufactures can get their product to the consumer shortly after it has been packaged. When listing the expiration date, manufactures must have further testing done on the product to test for stability, which may take anywhere between 6 and 12 months. Because Green Pasture lists the manufacture date, they are able to provide you with the freshest-possible product.
