Physio-Plex NPX
Physio-Plex NPX is in the Healthy Goods' Sports Performance PERFORM Category.
Ingredients
Physio-Plex NPX contains 5 grams of creatine per serving. Creatine has been used for decades by athletes to promote muscular strength, fat-free mass, and exercise performance primarily related to high-intensity tasks.
One serving of Physio-Plex NPX contains 3.5 grams of glutamine, which is an amino acid widely used in sports nutrition. It has the ability to maintain power output and strength during exercise. In addition, glutamine supports the immune system, which is important for athletes because high-intensity training can acutely suppress the immune system.
L-carnitine plays a role in fatty acid oxidation and energy metabolism. When L-carnitine is taken pre-workout, it supports power output capabilities as well as overall stamina.
L-carnitine is also supportive of recovery after exercise through different mechanisms. One of these mechanisms is due to its role as an antioxidant which gives it the ability to reduce oxidative stress and therefore muscle damage during exercise.
Dimethylglycine (DMG) is a derivative of the amino acid glycine, and it supports physical and mental performance in athletes. Dimethylglycine is used to produce phosphocreatine, a high-energy phosphate molecule used in muscle tissue and the tissue of the central nervous system. It promotes oxygen utilization by the tissues and supports endurance performance and a reduction in fatigue.
