Most orders are shipped via UPS and the US Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping on all orders over $49.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $49 to destinations within the 48 contiguous states. Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped by our choice of USPS Priority, First Class Mail (when under 13 ounces), or UPS Ground, which we select based on package size, destination and price.

Estimated business days to delivery: East Coast 1-3 days, Central USA 3-5 days, West Coast 5-7 days.

Flat Rate Shipping on Orders Under $49

We offer flat-rate $5.99 Shipping on all orders under $49 to destinations within the 48 contiguous states. Orders are shipped UPS Ground.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Packages lost or stolen are unfortunately out of our control. We will assist you in trying to locate them, however if they are lost or stolen, we cannot ship you replacement products at no charge. Often if a shipment is missing, it is because someone's neighbor, friend or family member received the package and forgot to tell them.

Unclaimed Packages

We use address validation software to verify shipping addresses. If your package is returned to us as “refused” or “unclaimed “, we will attempt to reach you by the phone number you provided or your email. If we cannot reach you, we will credit back your account less shipping and a 20% restocking fee.




Product Returns

Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

Damaged product

If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace the product or issue a credit to your account. Photos of damaged product are required to initiate the refund proccess. Click here to report a damaged product.

Wrong product

We gladly accept unopened product returns within 30 days of purchase for a full credit toward future purchases. Shipping charges are not refundable. Product must return in good, re-sellable condition in order for a refund to be granted.

Appliances

All electric appliances (blenders, juicers, water filters, etc) may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed. Shipping charges are not refundable. Click here to request a return authorization.
