  • 6 Tbsp. dried chives
  • 5 Tbsp. dried "chopped" garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. dried dill
  • 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. ground pepper

Spicy Indian

  • 3 Tbsp. each cround coriander, ground cumin and dried cliantro
  • 2 Tbsp. each turmeric and crushed red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. each ground ginger and kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. each ground fennel seed and ground pepper

Crazy Herb

  • 4 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. each dried basil and oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. each celery seed, sugar and kosher salt
  • 2 tsp. ground pepper

Turkish

  • 6 Tbsp. paprika
  • 3 Tbsp. dried mint
  • 2 Tbsp. each cinnamon and garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. each ground cumin and kosher salt
  • 2 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves

Make it a Dressing!

Shake 2 Tbsp. herb mix with 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup vinegar and 2 Tbsp. water in a jar. Makes 1 cup.

Make it a Dip!

Combine 2 Tbsp. herb mix with 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt, 1/4 cup sour cream and 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Makes 1 cup.
