One big reason people eat well and exercise regularly is to keep their heart healthy. To honor this symbol of love, February has been designated American Heart Month, and this month’s health buzz topics will include ways to support our cardiovascular and circulatory system, along with other major players in heart health, such as blood sugar levels.
