Superfood Guacamole

  • 4 medium avocados
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • ½ chopped onion
  • ½ to ¾ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice - fresh
  • Salt and pepper to taste

D I R E C T I O N S

1. Mash avocados in the bowl.
