2 frozen ripe bananas, sliced
1 Tbsp cacao powder
2 dates, pitted & chopped
1 servingprotein powder, such as this Grass-fed Whey protein
1-2 cups of non-dairy milk (ie: almond, coconut, macadamia, oat)
D I R E C T I O N S
Blend all ingredients together on high speed for 30 - 60 seconds for an ultra smooth, frothy smoothie!
Delicious add-in: 1 Tbst hulled hemp seeds (aka: hemp hearts)
