1 medium banana, frozen and cut into chunks
1 tablespoon natural almond butter
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 tablespoons oats (gluten-free if desired)
Optional to sweeten: 1 teaspoon honey or a drop of liquid stevia

Add everything to your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a large cold glass and enjoy!
