about 2 1/2 cups raw cereal/muesli (to yield 2 C finely ground), such as Lydia's Organics Berry Good Cereal

1/2 C flax seeds

2T agave

2T sesame seeds

2T raisins

3/4 C water (or a bit more depending on consistency, enough to bind ingredients together)

Blend, spread on non-stick tray liner, score with knife, and dehydrate at 115 degrees or lower. Enjoy.
