1/3 cup packed medjool dates, pitted (5-6 large dates)

1 (13.5-oz) can full-fat coconut milk

3 Tbsp unsweetened cacao powder

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

¼ tsp sea salt

2 oz dark chocolate or cacao liquor

D I R E C T I O N S

1. Place the dates in a bowl and cover with hot water. Soak for 15 minutes. Drain well and add to a blender.

2. To the blender with the dates, add the coconut milk, cacao powder, vanilla and salt. Blend until just combined, 10-15 seconds. Pour into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours.

3. Once the fudgesicles are frozen solid, let’s work on the 2nd chocolate aspect. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave by heating for 20 seconds, stirring, and then heating another 20 seconds, until melted.

4. Remove the popsicles from the molds. Dip the top half of the popsicles into the chocolate. Sprinkle with desired garnishes (if using) and serve immediately.
