Dairy-Free Almond Chai Latte
Makes 4 servings
- 4 cups almond milk
- 4 Darjeeling tea bags
- 4 star anise
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 5 lightly-crushed cardamom pods
- 1/3 cup peeled, sliced fresh ginger
- 6 peppercorns
- 3 Tbsp agave nectar
Combine in a saucepan, simmer for 3 minutes, then remove from heat and steep 5 minutes. Strain into four 8 oz mugs.
