Our customer service guru April has offered to share her delicious recipe for gluten-free brown sugar tea cookies. They're moist with a super-soft center, and have a delicious molasses-like flavor.
2 1/2 cups all purpose gluten-free flour (April used Namaste brand)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup buttter (or alternative)
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup coconut palm sugar
1 tsp. vanilla (or 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder)
2 Tbsp. Jem Cashew Cardamom Butter
2 Tbsp. Emmy's Organics Chocolate Sauce
Mix dry ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients.
Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.
Roll the dough into balls.
Bake @ 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes.
