Banana Chai Protein Smoothie Recipe

 A quick and easy autumn-spiced smoothie that's protein-rich and oh-so-good! Vegan, too.


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 1/2 cups chilled rice or almond milk (unflavored or vanilla flavor)
  • 1 T. vegan protein powder, such as Sunwarrior Classic Raw Protein
  • 1 tsp honey, agave nectar or coconut nectar
  • Several shakes of: ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, ground ginger, ground black or white pepper

Blend until smooth. Enjoy.
