Built on naan, a soft (yet sturdy) and absolutely delicious Indian flatbread, this rustic vegan sammie knocks it out of the park.
Avocado is loaded with vitamins, minerals and good-for-you monounsaturated fats, which help lower LDL cholestorol. Seeds get high marks in the unsaturated fats category, too.
What you'll need:
- 1 naan, whole wheat
- 1/2 avocado
- GoRaw sprouted pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp hearts/seeds, flax seeds
Instructions
1. Warm up the naan (toasting is ideal)
2. Mash avocado to your desired consistency + spread
3. Top with seeds and enjoy!
