Avocado is loaded with vitamins, minerals and good-for-you monounsaturated fats, which help lower LDL cholestorol. Seeds get high marks in the unsaturated fats category, too.
What You'll Need:
- 1 naan, whole wheat
- Leftover holiday turkey
- 1/2 avocado
- GoRaw sprouted pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp hearts/seeds, flax seeds
1. Warm up the naan (toasting is ideal)
2. Warm up the turkey.
3. Mash avocado to your desired consistency + spread
4. Top with seeds and enjoy!
