Ingredients
1 scoop un-denatured whey protein
1 tsp maca powder
1 tbsp flaxseed
1tsp cacao powder
1 tsp PGX powder (starting with 1/4 tsp and gradually increasing to 1 tsp).
Handful of goji berries
1 tsp acai berry powder
2 tsp molasses (LSF note: how about agave or yacon syrup?)
1 drop artificial sweetener
1 tbsp coconut oil
6 to 8 oz water
Ice
Directions
Use a blender to mix all ingredients together. Don’t forget to mix in the water and ice. Blend until thoroughly mixed, and drink!
(FYI: PGX, with its high-fiber composition, mixes with food to create a highly viscous fiber complex that reaches full viscosity 60-90 minutes after taking PGX with a meal. This gel matrix maintains its viscosity despite the influence of stomach acids, resulting in a slowed digestion process that helps keep you feeling full and satisfied longer after meals.)
