It's so exciting when I discover a new, homemade salad dressing that tastes delicious! This walnut rosemary salad dressing is just that. I prefer making my own dressing because it's so much healthier and saves a ton of money. The oil used in this dressing is a balanced 4:1 ratio of omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids from unrefined, organic sunflower and flax seed oils.

SALAD I N G R E D I E N T S
3 bunches black kale, stems removed and chopped (aka: Lacinato or Tuscan kale)
1 watermelon radish, peeled and sliced
2 carrots, spiralized
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 tsp sea salt (or more if desired)
½ cup hemp seeds
DRESSING I N G R E D I E N T S
1 cup raw walnuts
28 oz fresh rosemary
1 clove garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder
2 lemons, juiced
1 tsp sea salt
1 – 1¼ cup Body Bio Balanced Oil
D I R E C T I O N S
1. Combine walnuts, rosemary, and garlic in the food processor. When you have reached a flour consistency, add lemon juice, sea salt, and balanced oil. Process until smooth.
2. In a large salad bowl, add kale. Cover kale with dressing and massage until wilted. Add the watermelon radishes, carrots, and green onion.
3. Season with sea salt and top with hemp seeds
