The Benefits Of A Coffee Enema (Part 1 of 4)

Using a coffee enema for detoxification is quite safe, very powerful, and is capable of healing the body in many different ways.

In one to two years, coffee enemas can remove toxins from the colon and liver that might take 10 years otherwise. The large intestines and liver are often the most damaged organs in present-day human beings. This is because of our diet, eating habits, stress, constipation, toxic exposures and the use of hundreds of drugs and over-the-counter products impair the normal functioning of the large bowel and the liver.

A series of colonic irrigations, or better, a daily coffee enema along with a nutritional balancing program, will help most anyone.

What Is A Coffee Enema?

Technically, a coffee enema may be described as a coffee implant or a coffee retention enema because the methodology is to retain the enema for 10-15 minutes to allow the coffee to be absorbed into the portal veins. The caffeine from the coffee is preferentially absorbed into the circulatory system and goes directly to the liver where it becomes a very strong detoxificant.

Why A Coffee Enema?

The main reason is to remove toxins from the body. We live in a toxic world. Never has planet earth been as polluted as it is today, and some toxic metals are over a thousand times greater than ever before in history. These metals include lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic, aluminum and nickel. There are also so many toxic chemicals contaminating our food and water. For example, the laws of most nations permit the addition of over 3000 chemicals in our food. Disgusting!

Coffee Enema Benefits

  • Mechanical cleansing of the left side of the colon and perhaps the entire colon, depending on how much water is used. This helps rid the colon of putrefying and fermenting fecal material that releases toxic substances into the blood stream day after day.
  • Enhancing bile flow.
  • Alkalinizing the small intestine. This is due to increased bile flow.
  • Reflex effects on all organs and systems of the body.
  • Enhancing digestion due to increased bile flow.
  • Reducing liver toxicity. Coffee enemas help both fast and slow oxidizers.
  • Coffee has an astringent action on the large bowel. This may help clean its walls of debris and helps dislodge colonies of yeasts, parasites and other microorganisms.

This is the first of four blogs about coffee enemas. Part two is information about how often, how long and when + cautions and contraindications. Part three is the entire coffee enema procedure, and part four is helpful hints for doing a coffee enema.
