DIY Cinnamon Honey Face Mask Soothes Acne Prone Skin

This soothing & healing DIY face mask recipe is ideal for irritated or acne prone skin. The honey & cinnamon both have antimicrobial & antiseptic properties ideal for troubled skin.

Honey, Yogurt & Cinnamon Mask

Both honey and cinnamon have antibiotic properties, while the yogurt reduces redness and irritation. 

You'll need:

  • 2 T honey
  • 4 T plain, unsweetened yogurt 
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • small bowl 

Preparation: 

Mix the honey, yogurt and cinnamon until they combine into a thin paste. Apply the mask to a clean face and keep it on for 5-10 minutes. Wash off with warm water and pat dry.
