Ingredients
:1/2 cup organic rolled oats, soaked overnight in water and drained of excess liquid
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 apple, diced
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup water
Directions
:Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
