Vegan Raspberry Walnut Smoothie Recipe

A delicious and rich protein shake the whole family will approve of.

The walnuts in this shake provide heart-healthy fats and about 4.5 grams of protein, as well as potassium and magnesium, essential electrolytes for muscle function.

Ingredients

1/2 banana, frozen

1/4 cup walnuts

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon cacao nibs

1 teaspoon vanilla (or 1/4 tsp vanilla powder)
1/3 cup frozen raspberries

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
